Telus International (TIXT) was up 16% on the back of an improved takeout offer from the parent company, taking its original $550M bid to ~$740M - adding a full turn to the deal multiple.

With the new price being more consistent with peer valuations and Telus (T) already representing a quarter of TIXT’s top line, this one looks to be a done deal.
