Sometimes newsletters can be filtered out incorrectly by email providers. Below we show you how to make sure our emails land in your main inbox. We’ve included simple steps for the most popular email providers and a general playbook at the end.
If Bullpen emails end up in Promotions:
Open Gmail in your web browser.
Find the Bullpen email under Promotions.
Drag and drop the email from Promotions into Primary (the tab at the top).
When prompted, click Yes to ensure all future Bullpen emails arrive in Primary.
Outlook uses a ‘Focused’ and ‘Other’ inbox system:
Open Outlook (either online or in the app).
If you see a Bullpen email in the Other tab, right-click on it.
Select Move to → Focused Inbox (or create a new folder if you prefer).
When asked, confirm that future emails from Bullpen should also go into the Focused Inbox.
Yahoo doesn’t have a ‘Promotions’ section, but sometimes legitimate emails land in ‘Bulk’ or other folders:
Open Yahoo Mail in your browser.
Locate the Bullpen email in your Inbox, Bulk, or another folder.
Tick the box next to the newsletter.
Click the Move icon, then select Inbox (or whichever folder you prefer).
To ensure this is permanent, create a Filter under Settings → More Settings → Filters so your Bullpen emails always go to the right place.
In Apple Mail, emails can mistakenly move to ‘Junk’ rather than a ‘Promotions’ tab:
Open Apple Mail on your Mac, iPhone, iPad, or visit icloud.com/mail.
Locate the Bullpen email in Junk (or another folder).
Drag it into your Inbox, or right-click and select Move to → Inbox.
Apple Mail generally learns from your actions, so newsletters should arrive correctly over time.
Proton Mail doesn’t categorise emails as Promotions, but sometimes newsletters can land in Spam:
Log in to Proton Mail.
Go to your Spam folder or any custom folder.
Select the Bullpen email, then choose Move to Inbox.
If you want to ensure future newsletters go directly to your Inbox, create a filter under Settings → Filters.
Regardless of your email provider, if you find Bullpen emails aren’t landing where you want:
Create a rule/filter with our sender address ([email protected]) to direct messages to your main inbox.
Add us to your contacts or ‘safe senders’ list to improve deliverability.
By following these steps, you can make certain your Bullpen emails appear in the correct inbox, ensuring you never miss a thing.
